Einfahrt Arosa

The Swiss O Week 2021 takes place in the southeastern part of Switzerland in the canton of Graub√ľnden. Arosa is only 50 minutes by car from Chur and about 2 hours from Zurich. Whether taking the winding road with your own car or by leisurely ride on the Rhaetian Railway - both options have their charms.

By Rail

Travel to Arosa in a sustainable way and chose the option public transport. Take the SBB to Chur (direct connections from Basel/Zurich and St. Gallen) and then change to the Rhaetian Railway to Arosa (1 hour).

By Car

Motorway A3 (from western and north-western Switzerland) or motorway A13 (from eastern Switzerland) to Chur; then via the cantonal road to Arosa. From Chur it takes approx. 50 minutes on a winding uphill road. In the interest of the village image, the municipality of Arosa has removed signposting. It is replaced by a general parking ban; parking in the village of Arosa is only permitted in marked parking areas. There is also a general night driving ban from 24:00 - 06:00, which applies to the entire village of Arosa (fraction of the municipality of Arosa). There are exceptions for public services and taxis.
